- There are three variations on this unit, sleeping 4, 5 and 6 guests
- Units are close to the beach, some with views of the beach
- Main bedroom has a queen sized bed
- Second bedroom has:
- 1 x double bunk OR
- 1 x double bunk plus a single bed OR
- 2 x double bunks
- Bathroom has either a shower, or a shower over a spa
- Kitchen contains a full sized fridge, gas stove with oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils
- Dishwasher in some Deluxe Units
- Lounge/dining area has a dining suite and lounge suite
- TV and DVD player
- Verandah with outdoor settings and BBQ
- Washing machine
- Air conditioning
- All linen supplied
